Payment / Dispatch
All Lodbrock goods are discretely packaged with no reference the contents on the outside packaging. The packaging is discrete yet well designed. The internal structure of the packaging ensures your products are safe and heavily protected from damage during transport. We ship using trusted carriers and via 'signed for' delivery whereby a tracking number is used to monitor the status of the shipment.
We aim to deliver orders within the timescale stated on our product pages. An essential part of the Lodbrock customer code is delivering your goods within a few days (typically 2-3 days) not weeks or months. We have distribution and logistics centres in Europe, Japan and North America. to ensure customers get there orders quickly. Customers outside those three regions may have to wait a few days longer for delivery.
Orders from Zone A and B (Europe and Mainland North America) are free of import duties as we have distribution centres in the USA and Europe. If you are ordering for delivery to a country outside Zone A or B (examples: Japan, Russia, Korea, Brazil) then you are responsible for any import duties or taxes. Lodbrock Ltd. sells you the product only and Lodbrock Ltd. is in no way accountable for any import duties that may be incurred.
We comply with all EU distance selling regulations. We do however reserve the right to refuse returns of customised or bespoke items; or items of an intimate nature that have been used. Please inform us via a written request using the appropriate online returns form. We reserve the right not to accept returns for custom and tailor-made products. Unfortunately goods of an intimate nature are not returnable unless in a sealed and saleable condition.
We accept all major credit / debit cards as well as PayPal via our secure online payment system. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please contact us for details.
